  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp fresh sage (chopped)
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups carrots (chopped)
  • 2 cups celery (chopped)
  • 2 cups onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove giblets from the turkey cavity and pat dry.
