- 3 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 3 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 3 tbsp fresh sage (chopped)
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups carrots (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove giblets from the turkey cavity and pat dry.
