Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add half of the grated Parmesan cheese into the dressing mixture.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce with croutons. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with remaining Parmesan cheese.
