Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder, then add eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Gently fold in flour until just mixed; pour into the prepared pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Mix in an egg until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, followed by half of the cheesecake mixture, dollops of cherry pie filling, and repeat layers with remaining batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
