Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Scoop out the mixture to form egg shapes and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each egg into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Add toppings if desired.
