Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10×15 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until springy to touch.

- Cool cake slightly, then flip onto a cocoa-dusted kitchen towel. Roll up tightly from one end, cooling completely in the towel.
