- 8 oz fresh cremini or button mushrooms, sliced

- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 2 minutes before stirring in heavy cream.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
