- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by halving cherry tomatoes and mincing garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side).
- Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until the tomatoes soften (about 3-4 minutes).

- Drain pasta (reserve some cooking water), then combine it with the chicken mixture in the skillet along with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Toss well, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
