  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side). Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last five minutes to brown the top.
