Ingredients
Scale
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and mince the garlic. Pound chicken breasts to about half an inch thick for even cooking.

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter until foamy. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice; let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with sauce before serving warm, garnished with parsley.
