  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5-7 minutes). Add garlic for one more minute.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add beef; cook until browned (4-5 minutes). Remove from heat temporarily.
