  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 cup chopped carrots and bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. If using vegetables, place them at the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer the chicken on top and pour the sauce evenly over it.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
