- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts and brown for about 5 minutes on each side; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in heavy cream, paprika, and thyme.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover with sauce, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions while the sauce simmers, then serve chicken over or alongside the rice.
