  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent. Add bell peppers and cook until softened.
  2. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks until no pink remains.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and close the lid until melted.
