  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth; let cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Mix in sour cream, then add cooled melted chocolate.
  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks in a separate bowl. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
