- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth; let cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until creamy. Mix in sour cream, then add cooled melted chocolate.
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks in a separate bowl. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour half of the filling over the crust; sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Add remaining filling and smooth out.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours if opting for no-bake.
- Toast mini marshmallows under the broiler for a few seconds until golden brown just before serving.
