- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 400g Cream Cheese (softened)
- 200g Sour Cream
- 150g Icing Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 150ml Caramel Sauce
- 100g Milk Chocolate or Twix bars (chopped)
Instructions
- Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a lined springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Fold in chopped chocolate, then pour half of the mixture over the crust. Drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
- Pour remaining filling over the caramel layer and smooth it out. Drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle additional chocolate pieces.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Slice and serve chilled.
