  • 100g Unsalted Butter
  • 400g Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 200g Sour Cream
  • 150g Icing Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 150ml Caramel Sauce
  • 100g Milk Chocolate or Twix bars (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a lined springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, icing sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  3. Fold in chopped chocolate, then pour half of the mixture over the crust. Drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
  4. Pour remaining filling over the caramel layer and smooth it out. Drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle additional chocolate pieces.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set. Slice and serve chilled.
