Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes until golden; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar and sour cream, mixing well. Beat in eggs one at a time until blended.
- Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, layer with spiced apples, then pour remaining filling on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
