  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add shrimp and crab meat; cook until shrimp turns pink. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, combine crushed tomatoes and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened; season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  4. In a baking dish, layer sauce, lasagna noodles, seafood filling, and dollops of ricotta cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top final noodle layer with remaining sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
