Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9Γ9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss the blackberries with 1/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp flour until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Layer with blackberry filling and top with remaining crumble.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
