Easy to make with just a few ingredients, they promise to impress everyone around your table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs; mix until combined.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (¼ inch thick), spread melted butter on top, sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  5. Roll tightly from one edge to form a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again for 20-30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
