Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and lightly greasing it with coconut oil.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between each interval.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed nuts, oats, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients along with maple syrup or honey. Stir until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly.
- Sprinkle additional sea salt on top and refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
