Instructions
- Prep the flank steak by slicing it thinly against the grain. Gather all ingredients.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add sliced beef to the pot, browning on all sides (3-5 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch mixture, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour sauce over beef and add broccoli on top. Lock the lid in place.
- Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Release steam carefully when done.
