Instructions

  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add sliced beef to the pot, browning on all sides (3-5 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch mixture, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over beef and add broccoli on top. Lock the lid in place.
  6. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Release steam carefully when done.
