  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas.
  2. Dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the bell peppers.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, vegetables, olives, and feta cheese. Mix gently.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined.
