  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  2. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt in the oven.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the batter into the hot skillet with melted butter and return it to the oven.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes without opening the oven door until puffed and golden brown.
  6. While baking, wash and dry the berries.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and top with berries before serving.
