- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups whole milk

- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1/4 cup chopped unsalted pistachios (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and shred the kunafa dough into smaller pieces. Toss the kunafa with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated kunafa on baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- For the cream filling, combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add cornstarch mixed with a splash of cold milk, stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, rose water, and orange blossom water. Let cool slightly.
- Shape baked kunafa into cups using mini muffin tins or molds. Fill each cup with the cream mixture and top with more kunafa.
