  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or American cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Sauté the diced onions and green peppers in a skillet over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper until well combined.
