Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Make a well in the center; add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until sticky dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread softened butter over the dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over buttered surface.
- Roll dough tightly from one long side into a log shape and slice into 12 even pieces.
- Place rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm spot for 30-45 minutes.
