  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, flour, and salt until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter pieces and mix until crumbly.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
