Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (300°F or 150°C).
- In a blender, combine peaches, brown sugar, smoked paprika, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Generously coat the pork ribs with the peach marinade and let them rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Grill for about 2 hours, flipping every 30 minutes while brushing with leftover marinade.
