- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup good-quality vodka
- 1 cup cream soda (or lemon-lime soda)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle. In a mixing bowl, combine the Jello mix with the boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in 1 cup of vodka and 1 cup of cream soda gently.
- Pour half of the mixture into shot glasses or small cups until they are one-third full. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- After setting, pour another layer of the remaining mixture until nearly full. Return to the fridge for an additional 30 minutes.
- Once fully set, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
