- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Sear the chicken thighs for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour in heavy cream, then add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir for about 3-4 minutes until combined.
- Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake uncovered for approximately 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow resting for 5 minutes before serving.
