Instructions

- 3. Add Garlic and Kale: Stir in minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then add chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Combine Ingredients: Return drained pasta to the skillet with the sausage and kale mixture. Toss gently, adding reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
- 5. Season and Serve: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and season with salt and pepper as needed. Mix well before serving.
