Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles (no-boil preferred)
- Ricotta cheese
- Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- Pesto sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Sauté fresh spinach until wilted or ensure frozen spinach is well-drained.
- Spread pesto sauce on the bottom of the dish; layer noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the spinach, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients and finish with noodles topped with pesto and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil for the last 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
