Indulge in the Ultimate Caesar Chicken, where crispy chicken meets creamy dressing and crunchy croutons—a perfect dish for weeknight dinners or special gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Cup Croûtons
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Coat each chicken breast generously with this mixture.
  3. Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the chicken bakes, wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  5. For homemade croûtons, toss bread cubes with olive oil and seasoning; bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
  6. After resting, slice the chicken into strips. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce with some dressing. Top with sliced chicken and croûtons. Serve immediately.
