Instructions

  2. While the chicken cooks, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, diced cucumber, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the tzatziki sauce.
  3. Dice cherry tomatoes and finely chop red onion.
