  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
Batter
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix original version recommended
  • 1 cup milk whole or low-fat
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder fresh
  • 1 pinch salt to balance sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: ripe peaches, sugar, Bisquick mix, milk, butter, and cinnamon.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a medium bowl, combine sliced peaches with sugar and cinnamon. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish, add the peach mixture, and drizzle remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
