  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
  • 8 tortillas Corn or Flour Tortillas Warm before serving
  • 2 cups Cabbage Slaw Red cabbage recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Use freshly squeezed
  • 1 medium Avocado Ripe
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh, adjust to taste
  • Hot Sauce Optional
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt Low-fat options if desired

Method
 

Prep the Ingredients
  1. Gather your ingredients including fresh fish fillets and spices. Combine paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Season the Fish
  1. Pat fish fillets dry and coat both sides with the spice mixture. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
Sear the Fish
