Make the Pancake Batter

- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
Prepare the Cinnamon Filling
- In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, brown sugar, and softened butter until well combined.
Cook the Pancakes
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle.
- Using a spoon, swirl a small amount of the cinnamon filling on top of the batter.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Serve
