Prepare the Patties
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
Cook the Patties
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
