  • 2 cups diced mango ripe
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes seeded
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime lime juice freshly squeezed
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Dice the mango, red onion, and tomatoes. Mince the jalapeño and chop the cilantro.
Mix the Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Serve
