Coffee Base
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup milk whole or your choice
  • 1 cup ice crushed
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Frappe
  1. In a blender, combine the cooled brewed coffee, milk, crushed ice, chocolate syrup, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  4. Pour the mocha frappe into serving glasses.
  5. Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle with extra chocolate syrup.
