Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 24 oz Rhodes frozen dinner rolls Thawed
Coating
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon Ground
  • 1 cup butter Melted
Topping
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed
  • 1 cup chopped nuts Optional

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut each thawed Rhodes roll into quarters and roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Layer the coated roll pieces in the prepared Bundt pan, sprinkling chopped nuts and brown sugar between layers if desired.
Bake the Monkey Bread
  1. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the layered rolls.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
