Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 pounds pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
Sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
  2. Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Cook the Ribs
  1. Place the seasoned ribs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the ribs are tender.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the crockpot and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
