  • 8 oz Spaghetti Whole wheat or regular
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Vibrant and ripe
  • 1 medium Cucumber Firm with smooth skin
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Colorful, your choice of color
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Pitted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Finely chopped
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing Good quality or homemade

Method
 

Prep the Ingredients
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the spaghetti salad. Chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the Spaghetti
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Mix the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, vinegar, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until well blended.
Combine Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chopped veggies, olives, and dressing. Toss gently to combine.
