Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup red onion finely chopped
Dressing
  • 1 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
Herbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Spaghetti
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
Add Dressing
  1. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Add chopped parsley and basil, and mix well.
Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve cold.
