Method
Cook the Steak
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare). Remove from skillet and let rest.
Cook the Eggs
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and crack the eggs into the skillet.
- Cook the eggs to your preference: sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
- Slice the rested steak and serve alongside the eggs. Enjoy your steak and eggs breakfast!
