- Using a spoon, fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Cooking
- Place the wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
