Ingredients
  

Peppers
  • 12 pieces jalapeno peppers halved and seeded
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Bacon
  • 12 slices bacon cut in half

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Cooking
  1. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
