Prepare the Beef
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the beef sirloin with salt and pepper.
- Grill the beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
Make the Dressing
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes until well combined.
Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, cilantro, and red onion.
- Add the sliced beef on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
