Method
Prepare the Tortellini
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce
- In a skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Stir in the ricotta cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Combine and Bake
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini and the sauce mixture. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
