Prepare the Turkey Burger
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
Assemble the Bowl
- In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and avocado.
- Place a turkey burger patty on top of the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the assembled bowl and serve immediately.
